Why choose us?
Built on experience
Each of our physiotherapists has at least 10 years of clinical experience. This experience helps us recognise clinical patterns more readily, focus our assessment, and provide the right advice and treatment at the right time. It also helps us communicate clearly and adapt our approach to people of different ages, occupations, backgrounds and goals.
Hands-on treatment and personalised exercise
We combine effective hands-on treatment with practical advice and exercises tailored to your goals, helping you recover and stay active.
One-on-one care in complete privacy
Every consultation takes place in a private treatment room with just you and your physiotherapist. We don't double-book appointments or use shared treatment areas with curtained cubicles, so you receive our full attention in a comfortable, confidential environment.
Helping you become independent
Our goal is to help you understand your condition and build the confidence to manage it yourself. We don't believe in unnecessary ongoing treatment—we recommend appointments based on your individual needs and reduce treatment frequency as you improve.
Built on word of mouth
Much of our practice has grown through recommendations from our patients to their family and friends—something we value deeply and never take for granted.
First time having physiotherapy?
Here's what you can expect at your first visit.
Understand your problem
We begin by listening. We'll discuss your symptoms, medical history, how your condition is affecting your daily life, and most importantly, what matters to you as a person. Whether your goal is to return to work, get back to sport, keep up with your grandchildren, or simply move with less pain, understanding your priorities helps us develop a treatment plan that is meaningful to you.
Assess, diagnose and treat
Next, we'll assess how your body moves. Depending on your condition, this may include assessing your movement, strength, balance and other factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. We use this information to establish a diagnosis, explain our findings in plain language, and provide hands-on treatment where appropriate.
Help you improve
Our goal isn't just to help you feel better during your appointment—we want those improvements to last. You'll receive practical advice and exercises tailored to your needs, along with a clear treatment plan so you understand what to expect and how you can continue making progress between visits.
All initial consultations are at least 45 minutes, giving us time to understand your problem, explain our assessment and diagnosis, provide treatment, and make sure you leave knowing what you can do to support your recovery.
Our approach
We have a simple approach. We focus on getting the fundamentals right: helping our patients understand their problems, providing effective hands-on treatment, and teaching them how to help themselves through self-management education and exercise.
We focus on what works — helping you move better, build strength, and develop the confidence to manage your condition beyond the clinic.
