About Carlingford Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

Established in 2019, we are a small physiotherapy practice providing personalised care to the Carlingford, Epping and surrounding communities.

We operate within Family Medical Practice at 2 Plympton Road, Carlingford.

Our experience

All of our physiotherapists have at least 10 years of clinical experience. We have worked with people of different ages, activity levels and health backgrounds, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and mobility problems.

Our approach

We aim to provide the right amount of treatment for your individual needs. Some conditions may benefit from weekly treatment initially, while others can be managed with appointments every two weeks or less frequently.

As you improve, we generally reduce the frequency of treatment. We do not believe in pressuring patients into unnecessary ongoing appointments or routine maintenance programs. Our goal is to help you become more confident in managing your own health.
